Also, you will need to provide a Sponsor MCA number. You may use the 75295168 in the Sponsor MCA No . Then Press NEXT . Step 2 You will now be taken to the ‘PERSONAL DETAILS’ tab. Fill in your ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Date of Birth (DOB)’. You may leave Co-Applicant unchecked. Press NEXT Step 3 You will now be taken to the ‘ADDRESS’ tab. Fill in your ‘Address’ and ‘Pin code’ , City and State . Also provide your ‘Mobile No.’ and your ‘Email Id’ and press NEXT.
